By accessing or using Capsona (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Capsona provides a personal AI agent platform. Users subscribe to receive a dedicated server running their AI agent, which can connect to messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack), email (Gmail), calendar, and other services.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
AI Usage Costs: You provide your own API key for AI model providers. AI conversation costs are billed directly by the AI provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Capsona does not add any markup to AI usage costs.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your server remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of all data on your dedicated server. This includes your AI conversations, files, configurations, and connected account data.
We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your AI interactions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are responsible for your own API keys. Capsona stores your API keys encrypted on your dedicated server. We are not responsible for charges incurred through your API keys, including unauthorized usage if your keys are compromised.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
Capsona is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The Capsona Box is a physical device sold separately. Hardware purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. The device is sold “as is” with a 1-year hardware warranty. Software updates are provided free of charge.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
